As a periodontist, Dr. Israelson is a highly trained dental specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of any problems with the gums, bone and other tissues supporting the teeth. This includes treating gum disease and the effects it can have on your gums and teeth. He is also a specialist in placing dental implants to replace broken-down or missing teeth.
We opened our office in Richardson in 1981. Since the beginning, Dr. Israelson and our staff have been dedicated to providing first class treatment in a caring and friendly environment - treating our patients as we would wish to be treated.
We are pleased to provide our patients with a superior team of skilled staff members who are courteous, knowledgeable, cheerful and always willing to help. Some members have been with Dr. Israelson for over 27 years and have the expertise and knowledge to make sure you are well taken care of and that your needs are met. We are dedicated to playing an important role in your overall experience in our office.

Dr. Israelson is known for being very friendly and showing genuine care for his patients. He takes the time to clearly explain your treatment options and answer all of your questions, so you know what will happen and can feel at ease about your treatment.
Our staff are friendly and very helpful. We will do whatever is needed to make your visit pleasant. You can always come to us with a request or question. We will ensure that your needs are taken care of promptly and efficiently.
We Keep You Comfortable
Dr. Israelson and our staff make sure you are comfortable at all times during your treatment. For added ease in your dental chair, we provide blankets and pillows.
Dr. Israelson obtains advanced digital 3D images of your teeth and jaw as part of his diagnostics. These images allow him to plan your dental implant and other treatments, without exploratory surgery, in most cases. Our ultrasonic scalers clean teeth more thoroughly and comfortably than conventional hand instruments.
Many of our procedures can be done using local anesthetic alone. For anxiety or long procedures, Dr. Israelson can provide oral conscious sedation or IV sedation.
